What makes your coffee "specialty grade"?
All our coffees score 80+ points on the Specialty Coffee Association scale. We focus on exceptional flavor profiles, sustainable farming practices, and direct relationships with growers who share our commitment to quality.
How fresh is the coffee when I receive it?
We roast to order in small batches. Your coffee is typically roasted within days of shipping to ensure peak freshness and flavor.
Brewing & Storage
How should I store my coffee?
Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and temperature fluctuations can affect flavor. Use within 2-4 weeks of opening for optimal taste.
What's the best way to brew your coffee?
Each coffee's product page includes recommended brewing methods and ratios. Generally, we recommend a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio and water temperature between 195-205°F for most brewing methods.
