Expertly graded and certified for its high quality, this organic roast from Peru boasts a medium flavor profile featuring notes of salted caramel, silky sweetness, and citrus. The beans were carefully harvested from Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino's Caturra, Bourpon, Catuai, Pache, & Catimor varieties grown in Piura and Amazonas at altitudes ranging from 1100-1700 meters. The beans were then meticulously processed using a wet-gully washing method and sun-dried on clay-mineral-rich soil.
