Certification and Grading: This product has an EP Roast and a medium profile, featuring notes of dried orange, berry, and chocolate. It is produced by smallholder farmers in the Medellin region of Colombia, using a blend of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties. The coffee is grown between 1300-1500 meters on volcanic loam soil and is fully washed and dried in solar dryers for optimal protection.
