Produced by smallholder farmers from Medellin, using Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties. Grown in the Medellin, Antioquia region of Colombia, between 1300-1500 M, on volcanic loam. Fully washed and dried in solar dryers for optimal protection.
